Linda Ingle was like a sister to me. Her sense of humor and kind heart endeared her to me. She was generous and cared deeply for the work she did at FEMA. She was aware of the terrible troubles the FEMA callers had and always wanted to help and make things better for them. She did make a difference in the work she did there. She made a difference in the co-workers she touched with her kindness and loving ways.
