Obituary for Ethel Keesecker (Hitt)




Ethel Keesecker, 81, of Inwood, formally of Weston, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Clary Grove Nursing Home.
Born September 10, 1936, in Weston, Lewis County, WV, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Hitt and Bessie Markley Hitt.
She was a member of the New Life Southern Baptist Church.
Ethel enjoyed collecting baby dolls, flowers, gardening, and fishing.
She is survived by her husband Ernest Luther Keesecker, Sr.; four sons, ErnestKeesecker, Jr., Edward Keesecker, Ron Keesecker and Christopher Keesecker; two daughters, Pamela Stout, Malinda Keesecker; fifteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; one sister, Daisey Conrad; one brother, Ralph Hitt, Sr.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, David Lee Keesecker: one daughter, Julie Ann Keesecker; seven sisters, Pearl Aylor, Opal Leavitt, Marry Ruble, Minnie Marple, Gladys Henline, Amy Exline and Lucy Tinney; two brothers, Clarence Hitt and Raymond Hitt.
