Mary Jean Unger
Mary Jean Unger, 54, of Martinsburg, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at her home.
Born November 10, 1961 in Jamestown, NY she was the daughter of the late Lawrence K. Fransen and Marjorie Amidon Snyder.
She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church. She was also a supporter of James Rumsey Nursing School.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Darren Hervey Unger; a devoted son, Damien Pierce Unger and wife, Jennifer; sister-in-law, Darla Killen; two brothers-in-law, Dana and Daryl Unger; and a grandcat Chloe.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Brown Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 1:00PM at Otterbein United Methodist Church with Rev. Mark Mooney officiating. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Mary Jean Unger Nursing Scholarship, c/o James Rumsey Technical Institute, 3274 Hedgesville Road, Martinsburg, WV 25403.
