Obituary for Rupert Elza Frame

Rupert Elza Frame, 85,of Inwood, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at Med Star Medical Center in Washington, DC.

Born March 18, 1932 in Clem, WV he was the son of the late Ernest H. and Nellie Sapp Frame.

He was a veteran of the US Army and had been employed by 3M. He also had been the owner of Frames Repair Shop.

He attended Tabler Station Presbyterian Church and was a member of Roanoke United Methodist Church.

Rupert loved talking about West Virginia; working on cars and tractors; and liked to help people. He was a member of Norwalk Car Club.

He is survived by his wife, Elma Helmick Frame; one brother, Lawrence Frame of Warrenton, VA; sister-in-law, Jean Bean; brother-in-law, Vernon Helmick and wife, Beverly; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the South Berkeley Chapel with Rev. William Moore officiating. Interment will be in Arden United Methodist Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Tabler Station Presbyterian Church, 5623 Tabler Station Road, Inwood, WV 25428 or a charity of one's choice.
