Obituary for Dolores Matchett (Siman)

Dolores Siman Matchett, 93, of Martinsburg passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.

Born March 6, 1924, she was the daughter of the late John and Elsie Siman.

She and her husband enjoyed travel throughout the 50 states and loved boating while living in Naples, FL. For the past 6 years while living in Martinsburg, she enjoyed the company of Linda Pearrelle as a fun loving daily companion.

She is survived by one son, Robert David Matchett and wife, Brigitte; three daughters, Robin Foster and husband, Mark, Roberta "Bobbie" Olis, and DaVida Wurstle and husband, Kurt; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Donald and George Siman.

She was preceded in death by four siblings; and two son-in-laws, Emil Olis and Henry "Hank" Rannenberg.

Celebrations of Life will be held at later dates.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
