James Luther  Feltner
James Luther Feltner, 77, of Falling Waters passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2107 at Winchester Medical Center.

Born January 19, 1940 in Martinsburg, WV he was the son of the late Marion Edward Feltner and Myrtle May Gray Feltner.

He was a veteran of the US Army.

He was an active member of the Elks and Moose Club; and formerly of the VFW. He was an all around outdoorsman, an avid hunter, enjoyed snow skiing, dancing, and loved their home on the river. He enjoyed his time at Deep Creek Lake with his family.

He retired from Capitol Cement as supervisor and Mountain State Machine Tool as a highly skilled machinist.

He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Elizabeth Ann "Harrison" Feltner; daughter, Julie Feltner; step-son, Chris Smallwood; granddaughter, Amber Feltner; sister, Barbara Moore; and his dogs, Ally and Molly.

Celebration of Service will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 11:00AM at Bedington United Methodist Church, 580 Bedington Road, Martinsburg, WV 25404.

Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home.
