Keith Edward  Kuyper
Keith Edward Kuyper, Sr., 62, of Gerrardstown, went to be with Jesus on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at his residence.

Born May 27, 1954 in Tampa, FL he was the son of the late William Henry Kuyper, Sr. (Rt., CMSGT, USAF) and Eula Eunice Sheffield Kuyper.

He was an active member of Bunker Hill Presbyterian Church.

He was a veteran of the US Air Force and US Army National Guard. He was attached to Andrew's AFB and security detail for Air Force One for Presidents Carter and Nixon. He enjoyed playing the bassoon and recorders in church and symphonies. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing. He had his private pilot license and was a ham radio operator.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Louise McKenzie Kuyper; one son, Keith E. Kuyper, Jr. of Gerrardstown; two daughters, Kristina M. McCammon and husband, Harold of Gerrardstown, Karol S. Kuyper of Clearwater, FL; five grandchildren; two brothers, Karl J. Kuyper and wife, Lolita of Millington, TN and Kent G. Kuyper and wife, Rita of Dequincy, LA; and a sister-in-law, RayBeth Kuyper of Tallahassee, FL.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Joshua Walter Edward Kline; and brother, William H. Kuyper, Jr.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, May 21, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood. Funeral service will be held on Monday, May 22, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bunker Hill Presbyterian Church.
