Franklin W. Bell, 75, of Fairmont, WV (formerly of Morgantown) passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2017.

Born November 26, 1941 in Morgantown, WV he was the son of the late Clarence G. Bell and Beatrice J. Friend Watkins.

He is survived by a sister, Shirley Ann Wright; and three nieces, Kimberly Ann Shunney, Shante Sheree Brewer, and Tracey Lynne Causer.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Ellen Bell.

Memorial service will be held on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 1:00PM at Ford Funeral Home, Fairmont, WV.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
