Obituary for Peter Mattax

Peter Mattax, 63, passed away April 22, 2017 at NMS Healthcare in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Born November 5, 1953, he was a composer of music and enjoyed surfing.

He is survived by two daughters, Mary Mattax and Emma Edgeson and husband Adam; and his brother Charlie Mattax and wife Linda.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 28 years, Mary "Giovanoni" Mattax.

Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 10:00AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Eric Hall celebrant.

Interment prayers will be said at Green Hill Cemetery.
