Foster Lynn "Lynn"  Miller
Foster "Lynn" Miller, 68, of Martinsburg, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Born January 11, 1949 in Cumberland, MD, he was the son of the late Foster Reid Miller and Norma Aileen Wilkins Miller.

He was a member of the Independent Bible Church.

He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and was employed by the Lear Corporation as an electrician.

He is survived by his wife, Yu-chun “Anna” Miller; two sons, Kurt M. Miller and wife, Katie, of Sandy Springs, GA and Wesley L. Miller and wife, Melissa, of Martinsburg; three grandchildren Logan, Baillie, and Aylah; two brothers, Mickay D. Miller of San Francisco, CA and Richard R. Miller and wife, Lydia, of Centerville, VA; and sister, Becky Jo Fuller of Romney.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Shelda Deranger.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Independent Bible Church with Pastor Mark Johnson and Pastor Curt Lowry officiating.

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Independent Bible Church Building Fund, 2306 Hedgesville Road, Martinsburg, WV 25403.

Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home.
