Vincent  Erwin "Catfish, Chip"  Saville Jr.
Vincent Erwin "Catfish", "Chip" Saville, Jr, 67, of Hedgesville, WV, formerly of Romney, WV, passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017.
Born July 1, 1949 in Winchester, VA, he was the son of the late Vincent Erwin Saville, Sr. and Juanita Isabella Hott Saville.
He retired in 2011 after 38 years as a mechanic from Crown Cork and Seal. He loved to fish, hunt, and travel. He served with the United States Marine Corps from 1969-1971. He was a member of the VFW in Romney, WV and Am Vets in Falling Waters.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Carolyn "Cookie" Saville; one son, Pete Saville; two daughters, Nicole and Jackie Saville; one step-daughter Kim Carter and husband, Ralph and Raven; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one sister, "Dusty" Saville.
Family will receive friends on Friday, March 17, 2017 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.
Service will be Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 11:00AM at South Berkeley Chapel with Pastor Brandan Thomas officiating. Interment will be in Indian Mound Cemetery at Romney, WV.
