Obituary for Beverly Hoffman Crockett

Beverly Hoffman Crockett passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Oak Crest Village in Perry Hall, MD.
Born April 28, 1925 in Baltimore, MD she was the daughter of the late William John Hoffman and Hilda Askins Hoffman.
Beverly was born in a row house on Wyeth Street in the Pigtown neighborhood in Baltimore, MD.
She attended Southern High School in Baltimore, MD and Western Maryland College.
She loved quilting and taking care of her children. She was a member of the Greenbrier Garden Club in Towson, MD. She also had been president of the Fishhook Lane Neighborhood Association.
She became a member of Hedges Chapel in 1993.
She is survived by one son, Bradley W. Crockett of Baltimore, MD; four daughters, Tadeah Crockett of New York, NY, Mindel C. Jay of Beaverton, OR, Meghan C. Carter of Baltimore, MD, and Heide C. Brennan of Baltimore, MD; eight grandchildren; one brother, William J. Hoffman, Jr. of Martinsburg; her sister, Virginia H. Shea of Seattle, WA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Francis Crockett.
Memorial service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Hedges Chapel in Hedgesville, WV.
