Obituary for Randy Ray Ruffner
Randy Ray Ruffner, 31, of Martinsburg, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2017.
Born March 3, 1986 in Charles Town, WV he is the son of Tina Diane "Huff" Holiskey and Steve Joel Holiskey, Sr. and the late Richard Rowland Ruffner.
He had served in the US Army.
In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by two brothers, Richard Ruffner, Jr. and Steve Holisky, Jr.; three sisters, Sheri Ruffner, Jessica Wetzel, and Stephanie Lewis; and fiancee, Murissa Myers.
He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Bedford and Lucy Huff; and niece, Natalia Painter.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, March 12, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood. Services and interment are private.
