Delafrance Theodore Joseph, 84, passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Born February 3, 1933 in Saint-Louis-du-Nord, Haiti, he was the son of the late Versane Lafrance and Tertulia Joseph.
He is survived by his wife, Lila Joseph; children, Roosevelt Joseph and wife, Roselyn,
Robertson Joseph and wife, Dieudone, Francis Joseph, Leroy Joseph, Lewis J. Joseph and wife, Donell, Veola Joseph, Carolyn Joseph, Vernetha M. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Kingdom Hall-Jehovah's Witness, 725 Baltimore Street, Martinsburg WV.
Interment will be in Green Hill Cemetery.
