Obituary for Glenn Lee Riggs, Sr.
Glenn Lee Riggs, Sr., 65, of Martinsburg, WV passed away on Monday, January 23, 2017 at his residence.
Born May 31, 1951 in Martinsburg, WV he was the son of the late Leslie Riggs, Sr. and Phyllis Butts Riggs.
He was a veteran of the US Marines having served in Vietnam.
He is survived by a son, Glenn Lee Riggs, Jr.; one daughter, Chasity Clark; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four brothers, Leslie Riggs, Jr., Brian Riggs, Sr., Roger Riggs, and Randy Riggs; and four sisters, Rita Rapp, Carol Bishop, Gail Cox, and Debbie Foster.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Barrett Riggs; one daughter, Erica Myers; and three sisters, Glenda, Brenda, and Patricia.
Family will receive friends on Friday, January 27, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Pastor David Davis officiating. Interment will be in Central Chapel Cemetery.
