SUBJECT: Letter of Condolence
TO: Brother James and the Winston family

Dear Deaconess Winston’s Family,

I Greet you in Matchless Name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ:

On Thursday, January 12th, 2017, We The Gill’s Family, were saddened to learn of the passing of Deaconess Thelma West Winston (Carey). We extend our heartfelt and most praiseworthy sympathy, to you and the family during your time of sorrowfulness!
We share your grief and your pain. From the first time I entered Saint John’s, we developed a special connection and she was truly a part of our spiritual family, so she is a part of us, and therefore, when you hurt, we hurt. Today our hearts are with you! If we can service, support, aid or assist you in any manner, please do not consider it an imposition to call upon us, we are as near as the nearest phone. The Winston’s will forever be in our prayers.

We pray that you will find comfort in knowing that Deaconess Winston is in a better place. I say to you that Deaconess Winston is resting in that “house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. “There the wicked cease from troubling; and there the weary be at rest.”Job 3:17-19 (KJV) And “. . . God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. (Revelations 21:3-4 KJV)

You can rest with a surety that Deaconess Winston is safe at home with the Lord and the Heavenly Host Rejoice Upon Her Arrival!

We pray that God will continue to Bless your family and may He continue to Bless America.

Sincerely, With Much Love,

Reverend Dr. And Deaconess Gill

Condolence: Dear Winston Family,

From the bottom of my heart I love you all. Aunt Thelma was an amazing kind-hearted woman who has always led her family with honor and grace. Thank you all for loving me and embracing me from the moment we met. Please do everything you can to stay the close-knit loving family that she headed for so many years. I know it's the only legacy she cared about leaving. Together you will find the strength to power through this. Let's make our next family cookout an Aunt Thelma celebration of life. I love each and every one of you.
