Condolence: I was so sorry to read about the death of Charles..I remember him from SHS and hearing him preach at some churches and events around Shepherdstown. He was a true model of love for friends, family and most of all, his Lord. May he rest in peach and may all of his loved ones and friends keep his memories in their hearts and minds. SUBJECT: Letter of Condolence
TO: Alice B. White Hunter & Family
Greetings in the Matchless Name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ:
On January 4, 2017, the members of the Gill’s Family, were grieved by the announcement of the passing of your Husband and our Co-Labor for the Lord, Bishop Charles Wesley Hunter, Sr. We extend our heartfelt and most sincere sympathy, to you and the family during your time of sorrow!
Truly, we share your grief and your pain. Bishop Hunter, was truly an inspiration to many of us, and we loved to be in his company. He was a part of our Spiritual Family, which means, he was a part of us, and therefore, since you are a part of us, when you hurt, we hurt. Today our hearts are with you! If we can care for you in any manner, please do not consider it an imposition to call upon us, we are as near as the nearest phone, do not hesitate to use it!
The Family will forever be in our prayers. We pray that you will find comfort in knowing that, “. . . the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. (Revelations 21:3-4 KJV)
You can rest with a surety that Bishop Hunter is safe at home with the Lord! We pray that God will continue to Bless your family!
Loving you in Christ Jesus and may the spirit of peace be with you always
Servants of the Most High God
