Condolence From: Tom Rogers
Condolence: To the Jones Family,

Please accept my deepest condolences on your loss. I am sorry that I did not know sooner. Mr. Jones was always very kind and welcoming to me, and even though it has been many years since we last met I will always remember his generosity and warmth. He was a good and decent man and I am honored to have known him. My best wishes to all of you. TR

Condolence: I'm so sorry. My heart hurts for the pain of your loss. Since Jesus compared death to sleep (John 11:11-14), something that brings me comfort is knowing that there is no cozier & safer place to be than taking a 'nap' in God's memory until the time he promises to awake these loved ones we have lost in death & to be reunited with us. (John 15:28,29) He then promises to get rid of death forever & tenderly wipe away all the tears it has caused (Isaiah 25:8), & restore the earth to his original purpose of a peaceful, beautiful paradise. (Psalm 37:11) What a beautiful day that is to look forward to, being able to once again hold these ones we love & miss so dearly in our arms, & be held in their arms again too, & to know we can then do so under such perfect conditions forever. (Psalm 37:29) It's just around the corner. Sending hugs.

Condolence From: Good Shepherd Caregivers
Condolence: Stan will be missed by board and staff alike at Good Shepherd. We are grateful to him for all the hope, faith and love that he put into our agency, the community and pioneering the "faith in action" program in order for seniors to remain living independently. Stan was a good listener, good friend, and always made things seem better after talking with him. God bless you Stan and thank you for being a hero of Good Shepherd!

Condolence: It has been many years since I have connected with Stan Jones. But, I knew Stan when he was married to Linda. My late husband and I spent many summers with our daughter and their children vacationing at the beach. Every loss is sad. I send my condolences and prayers to his whole family.

Condolence: To Stan's wife Judy and his family,

I had the pleasure of knowing Stan through Doug Kinnet's critique group and Rebecca Jones' art class. He was an inspiration for the constant good humor and kindness he shared with everyone. His latest work was very powerful for its emotional vision. I will remember my visit to Stan and Judy's home for many years to come. The joy he took in everything he did was felt in every room. Thank you Stan!
