Obituary for YVonne Love "Ebby" Kesecker (Kline)
YVonne "Ebby" Love Kesecker, 84, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at the Berkeley Medical Center.
Born March 27, 1932 in Charles Town, WV she was the daughter of the late Harry Parker Kline and Katherine Virginia Shepherd Kline Walters and step-father, Edgar Olin Walters.
She was retired from Corning Glass Works as an inspector with 34 years of service.
She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church.
Ebby is survived by her three sons, Steven Craig Kesecker and wife, Debra, Scott Greg Kesecker and wife, Roxanne, and Michael Dwaine Kesecker and wife, Shari; one daughter, Robin Kimberly "Kim" Guesford and husband, Bob; eight grandchildren, Kathryn YVonne Wallace and husband, Brian, Steven Colt Kesecker and wife, Jade, Kendra Christeon Kesecker, Meghan Allyn Kesecker, Devin Leah Kesecker, Paul A. Fore, Melissa K. Guesford Kirby and husband, Danny, and Joshua C. Fowler; five great-grandchildren, Brady Wallace, Landon Wallace, Aiden Wallace, Jaxson Kesecker, and Matthew Kirby; two brothers, Harry W. Kline and Gerry D. Walters and wife, Judy; one sister, M. Rexine Dickinson and husband, Allen; brother-in-law, Ronald "Chills" Willis; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, A.V. Kesecker, Jr.; two sisters, Lenice M. Garrett and husband, Clyde "Red" Garrett, and Sondra Gail Willis; two brothers, Donald P. Kline and Phillip A. Walters, Sr.; and sister-in-law, Frances Kline and son, Eric.
Family will receive friends on Friday, November 4, 2016 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Brown Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 11:00AM at Brown Funeral Home with The Rev. Julie Harris officiating.
Interment will be Rosedale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Salvation Army.
