Obituary for Marie Sweeney Ostrom

Marie Sweeney Ostrom, 61, of Gerrardstown, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Born January 19, 1955 in Baltimore, MD she was the daughter of the late Owen Eugene Sweeny and Doris Mae Fazzalore Sweeny.
She was a member of the Olde Berkeley Garden Club and the Amelia Island Club, Amelia Island, FL.
She is survived by her husband, Richard A. Ostrom; two sons, Matthew and Robert Brill; two step daughters, Kristin Ostrom Hipp and Mindy Ostrom; eight grandchildren, Madeline, Tatum, Mason, Kai, Jackson, Sophia, Chandler, and Kasie; three brothers, Michael, Owen, John Sweeny; and three sisters, Margaret Wychgeram, Catherine Flores, and Ann Siprajim.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Ponn.
Services will be held on at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Mt. Zion Episcopal Church with Father Brian Shoda officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Breast Cancer Awareness, Susan G. Komen at www.komen.org.
