Obituary for Charles P. Zepp

Charles P. Zepp, 68, of Martinsburg, passed away Friday, April 17, 2015, at the Berkeley Medical Center.

Born November 6, 1946 in Berkeley County, he was the son of the late Claude Zepp and Julia Taddeo Zepp Durham.

Charles was an avid hunter and loved the outdoors, a member of the Izaak Walton League and VFW Post 896.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Weatherholtz Zepp; two daughters, Regina Bennett and Kim Wilt, both of Martinsburg; four grandchildren, whom he loved dearly, Samantha, Austin, Aaron and Anthony Bennett; cousin, Joan Myers, who was more like a sister to him, also of Martinsburg, and his loving cat “Princess” Marlee.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Winters.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at Brown Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 22nd, at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Rosedale Cemetery.
